A movement and community of generosity, education & impact — elevating women, while also supporting women and children in crisis
We are stepping into 2026 with one clear intention: to surpass $1 million raised for Halton Women’s Place.
Wallet to Wealth Monthly Events bring powerful women into the same room — to learn, to connect, and to build lives of abundance — while directly supporting women and children in crisis.
Each month, we gather women in a beautiful, elevated space to learn, grow, and connect. We bring in powerful speakers across finance, health, leadership, business, mindset, and personal development, equipping women with real tools, real clarity, and real confidence.
** OUR NEXT MONTHLY EVENT IS WEDNESDAY JUNE 10 **
You moved in together. You share bills, a home, maybe even children. You call each other partners. But the law may not see your relationship the way you do — and that gap can cost women their homes, savings, inheritance, and financial security. In Ontario, common law partners do not automatically have the same rights as married spouses. Many women are shocked to learn they may have no legal right to property, no automatic inheritance, and no right to remain in the family home if their name is not on title. This important and empowering conversation with family law lawyer Vanessa Tynes will break down what common law actually means in Ontario, the most dangerous myths women believe, and the practical legal protections every woman should have in place before building a life with someone. Wealth is not only what you build. It’s what you protect.
This event is for women who are building or rebuilding their financial lives and want to protect what they are creating.
Including:
• Women currently in common law relationships
• Women considering moving in with a partner
• Women navigating separation or divorce
• Single mothers
• Women supporting aging parents
• Women rebuilding after abuse, homelessness, poverty, or financial dependence

A portion of proceeds from every Wallet to Wealth event supports Halton Women’s Place — the only women’s shelter in the Halton region providing emergency shelter and outreach services to women and children experiencing domestic violence.
From 2019–2025, our community has raised over $700,000. Our next milestone: $1,000,000 raised and the inauguration of Bridge to Hope. When you attend a Wallet to Wealth event, you are not just investing in yourself, you are helping another woman find safety, stability, and strength.
