Dr Prouse has also experienced these issues in her own life and found advantage in her adversity by opening up her clinic: The Institute for Hormonal Health.

As a top achiever herself, she pushed herself to the brink of exhaustion and ended up having serious adrenal fatigue. As she learned to slow down and heal herself, she began integrating a holistic approach to balancing hormones. Many people don’t realize how our bodies and hormones can affect the brain and our performance in daily life.
